Soria Painting

I highly recommend Soria Painting! They recently painted the main interior (kitchen, dining room, living room, hallways, and office) of my home and it looks so gorgeous. I doubt it even looked this nice when the place was knew. They had really good communication and during the estimate Fernando went over expectations, planned colors, and different options. His whole crew was professional and excellent at both the prep work and painting. The original projected painting time was right on target too.

I really do appreciate Fernando and how hard he works. However, after getting our interior painted, I noticed there was paint everywhere on the floor. Not to mention someone in his crew scratched our brand new flooring, and when I told Fernando it was $50 for the stain, he said okay and then never gave us the money for it. Definitely not the quality I was expecting. I also found paint all over my cabinets. One of his workers left poo stains in the toilet. Sloppy work; they left my home a mess. I am very disappointed based on everyone else reviews.

FERNANDO SORIA and his crew painted the interior and exterior of our home plus textured walls in the entry and the kitchen they cleaned up after themselves really good they masked areas to protect from overspray! not being painted. They showed up when they said they would show up promptly, and work full days to get the job done in a timely manner.. My wife and I could not have asked for a better painting contractor and crew!

Fernando's team is the best! They painted the inside of my house -7 rooms - immediately after I moved in. 7 different rooms, 6 different colors + all the woodwork. In fact, Fernando installed and painted new baseboards. Their work was amazing - very exacting, clean lines, neat. They were also on time, finished the job in a timely manner, and everything was spotless when they left. He also took a bookcase home and painted that! I highly, highly recommend Fernando!!!

Fernando, the owner, is very conscientious and has a good crew that works with him to do an excellent job. The prices are good! Would highly recommend.
