SOS Appliance Repair

My experience with SOS Appliance Repair was extremely disappointing and mirrors many of the other negative reviews posted here. I purchased a used washer and dryer after being told they were in "very good condition" and covered by a warranty. Almost immediately, the dryer developed problems. Multiple service visits and repairs failed to fix it. I later paid for an extended warranty after being promised a replacement dryer, but despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, the replacement was never provided. A friend and I eventually disassembled the dryer and documented severely worn parts and evidence that it had not been properly repaired while under warranty. I paid for repairs, paid for an extended warranty that was not honored, and spent months trying to resolve the issue. I have text messages, photographs, and witness testimony documenting what occurred. I would not recommend SOS Appliance Repair.

I called GE because my refrigerator was not cooling nor frizzing. After they informed me that I was out of warranty, I requested a recommended technician. that is how they gave me two names. the first tech was not available so I called the second tech which happen to be SOS appliance repai. IGNACIO is the one who answered the call. he came to my house and diagnosed the compressor as being the faulty unit and requested some money to begin the repair. he initially charged me $580 for repair and labor. I am currently building a law suit case for the damage and time wasted from this contractor. this page is limited to only a 1000 word which cannot capture my entire story. please contact me if you have pay for service not render from this contractor at( remove email ) and want to had to my case. the police cannot intervene as the will direct you to file your dispute in court. PS. The business address on google is not current.

He never did the job, he took $3,900 dollars He took the money to buy the equipment and never come back and never answer the phone I did a small claim. The police can do nothing Ignacio Salas Hernandez is a professional thief

the tech came to my home contracted by GE and said he ordered the part and never came back

I paid them to fix a water softener installation and they never showed up to do the work. (6 times) He said he would refund the fee, but is not doing so. Be careful.

This was the worst service ever. He took off with my a/C part and has not brought it back and will not refund us. He did not fix and sold our money

They did a really good job and were very responsible.
