They came on time and finished in a timely manner. Very professional and explained everything thoroughly. The well pump had to be replaced and it was the day before the holiday weekend. Will definitely hire them again

Tom did a great job with a very complicated water line extension and water filter installation. Tom was able to plumb my water lines and route them through cabinets for a commercial installation. The route had to take into consideration right turns and front to back routes to clear drawers and a variety of obstacles to specific destinations. When Tom had problems with a leaky fitting, the owner, James was there to the rescue. Kyle was fantastic in the office: responsive and always polite and pleasant. HIRE THESE GUYS!

They came to clean and found out that I had a crack in heat exchanger. My husband had just died and usually didn t have to make decisions on my own. They were fantasy, respectful and immediately got my furnace. James and Thomas were wonderful. Always showed up on time and made me feel very comfortable. I will use them for any other issues that come up. Can t go wrong.

I speak for all of the S.O'S HVAC team when I say that customer experience is very important to us, and it is unfortunate that you wouldn't consider hiring us again. The boiler and water heater we installed at your home was a standard like for like swap out and went as planned. It's very unlikely that the complications you experienced were related to our work, as we did not modify the chimney piping and we installed the same size units. When another contractor diagnosed spillage 6+ months later, it is highly likely that the ?spillage? detected was a pre-existing problem caused by back-drafting because of an improperly designed chimney (by the original installer), an unexpected change (such as the cap blowing off in a storm) or a chimney that has gotten dirty over time from normal use. But at the chance that something was our fault, we have stepped in and followed up several times for you at steeply discounted rates. At this time, we have offered our suggestions and recommendations to Home Advisor. We hope the diagnosis we gave the Home Advisor rep will assist you in getting this problem handled, and we wish you all the best."

The owner came out and had the problem fixed in less than 1/2 hour. The customer service kept me appraised of his eta. I will certainly call on them again. Great service!

SOS was able to make it out to my house within a few hours. Water was leaking from my A/C unit rapidly and I was not able to keep the water contained. SOS quickly diagnosed the issue, got the parts needed to stop the leaking and have the A/C In proper operation. Great job. Excellent customer service as well. Would recommend them to my friends and family.

The owner came on a Friday evening and got my hot water heater working temporarily. The following week one of his workers came and replaced a faulty part.

The work and customer service from the workers that did the job was excellent. That being said, I was told by the booker that I would have an estimate before the work(I didn't), and I would get a receipt emailed after the job was paid for(I still haven't received it).
