We would not recommend this company. They were here for several hours. They charge by the hour so each time they came we would have a bill. Two guys came each time. We were told the sprinkler system was fixed but after they left it wouldnâ t work. We called them back and they fixed it again. After paying $3000 for a working sprinkling system and still not able to use it; we ran out of money. We are retired and on a fixed income. We feel like we were taken advantage of.

Would not recommend SOS or Home Advisor. Contacted them shortly after Home Advisor notified me, but they never replied or acknowledged my contact. It would appear that Home Advisor does an inadequate job of screening their recommendations regarding capability, integrity and reliability. Apparently, as long as a ?contractor? accepts your agreement, you will recommend them regardless of any quality or qualifications. When looking for recommendations for projects, I will look for other sources than Home Advisor.

They were very prompt in getting to me to help in replacing the zone valves needed. There pricing and timely matter here was reasonable and fair too. My next door neighbor was looking for someone to help them with their sprinkler system also. I recommend SOS and he called them. They were out the next week and repaired their system got them up and running also.

Replaced a broken sprinkler head. The two men were pleasant and efficient. They checked over the whole system for me. The price was very acceptable. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them again. Good job S.O.S and thank you for coming so quickly!
