Very friendly. Let you know everything they are doing and how much your different options will cost. Very mindful of customers.

Professionalism was not consistent with employees. Materials and workmanship were poor. Difficult to coordinate initial work, but very difficult to have them come to repair their work two times. Terms were changed. I would never use them again or recommend them.

Very responsive and able to come by quickly, but I had to call and check on status for follow and they arrived over an hour late to the second appointment. I'm satisfied with the work though.

After considering to other contractors who also seemed well qualified, I ended up going with SOS locksmith partly because the price was about 20% lower. The job was to install a mailslot in a solid mahogany door. I was a bit worried, because the door already had a crack showing in it. The man who did the job's name was Donovan. When he drilled the door, some tiny cracks did appear near the mailslot. He used a matching wood-filler to cover them up and so they're invisible, and thoroughly cleaned up the sawdust. I was satisfied, so I also had them install a door saddle, which went without a hitch. Highly recommended.

The reps were all very professional, friendly, and helpful. They thoroughly educated us on a variety of issues we were experiencing and provided great feedback in an easy to undertsand manner. The reps were very courteous to the staff and our customers duing the project which helped the operation of our business to run smoothly. We would highly reccomend them to everyone!

I do not recommend S.O.S. I am sorry to say they never sent me the sketch of the door I was asking for,cancelled 3 install appointments, showed up once with the wrong door, THEN sent me a sketch as they tried to adjust the door they had incorrectly ordered to fit my needs. More than once my calls went unreturned for over one week. Then finally when I asked for my deposit back (this is after 10 weeks) they refused, and told me to take it up with the credit card company! The only discount they offered for all of this aggrevation was $300! Terrible customer service! I gave my deposit in June..it's Sept. and I still have no door.

Locksmith was wonderful! Highly recommended!
