Three of the professionals that came were thorough. Others were really careless and made unprofessional remarks. I scheduled another appointment to see how it goes. Shawna was nice and professional, Stacey was absolutely great. I wasn t clear about pricing and what is included most of the time. But I would use them again.

S.O.S. really cares about doing a great job. Our house was long overdue for dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing and much more and S.O.S. was undaunted. They dug in and the rooms started to shine. Plus, they were realistic about a plan as to how long it would realistically take to thoroughly clean the whole house. Last but not least, they communicate! Prompt responses to phone calls and texts are much appreciated. Highly recommended.
