Water Heater Repair or Service
He was prompt, looked professional and honest. I would hire him again but I do think he is a bit on the expensive side, he just turned a knob. It cost me $80. For that. I understand that he made a home visit but I do feel he could have given me a bit of a break. He said he couldn't because Home Advisor charges him. But even a $10. discount would have been appropriate.

"Thank you for feed back. This call was on 8:30 on a Saturday morning. I arrived on job by 10:30 AM. I evaluated water heater, isolated issue. I was very honest with problem I found. She was only charged for a service call. Work location was 20 miles one way."

Frank came to our house due to a leak. We had bought the house not quite a year ago. He found the leak in the flashing on the roof, and it caused a lot of damage to the carpet. So glad he was there.

Frank was on time. replaced the heating elements at the price quoted, removed the lime deposits He was genuinely interested in the job at hand, Came back the next day to replace the anode rod as promised. Somebody that does as promised is not as prevalent as it used to be. Frank gets the job done right the first time.

Frank has restored our faith in plumbers. He came to reinstall our new bathtub (after a different plumbing company installed the tub incorrectly). He took the time to make sure the tub was installed correctly and charged a fair price for the amount of hours it took to do the install. We would hire him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber that is on time, professional, prides himself on getting the job done right.

"It was a good job. bath tub drain had been leaking awhile. I was able to fix in a about 20 minutes. Crawled under house to double check for leak. I charged what quoted over phone before i went to the job. I saved her from having to replace floor. The 125.00 was a good value."
