Reviews
Write a ReviewMike has been just what we needed, he is working to humanly capture the skunks we have in the back yard. He was prompt, friendly but on the job. We are very pleased and will recommend him to friends and neighbors.
Mike was professional, polite and through. Quality work.
SOS Wildlife Services' representative Mike did a great job in sealing the areas of entry. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, passionate about his work, and friendly.
Mike was great.
Great.
Mike was responsive when we called, and he handled the trapped "critter" very professionally. Rates are reasonable. I would definitely recommend SOS Wildlife.
I hired Mr. Kyle to get rid of my skunks. I showed him a hole on the hill above at my fence where the skunks were coming into the yard. It is very visible, abuts my fence, and it was the first thing I showed him about the cause of problem. He agreed the skunks were likely coming through that hole. He promised to close the hole and crush their den after he had trapped the skunks. We discussed the importance of closing the hole so that the skunks would not come back and re-inhabit the den. While he did catch a few skunks, he did not completely alleviate the problem. When he presented the bill, I paid him based on his promise that he would soon return and crush the den after he picked up his last trap (which did operate properly). He was frequently difficult to contact, and frequently would not show when promised, and he never did close the hole that faces my yard and is very visible. Now he wants me to pay him additional funds to do what he promised he would do the first day I met him (close the hole). I found Mr. Kyle to be only unreliable and not to keep his word. As he never closed the main opening to the den of skunks, as he had promised to do, he ever completed the job. After refused to fix the situation, I am left feeling unsatisfied with his work. I doubt that he had got rid of the skunks, and the hole he promised to close remains open.
I never worked for this person. I do get people calling me saying that I worked on their house and need other work done. I usually let them know that it was not me. I looked in my records and never saw this person name. I think just an honest mix-up.
Mike was professional, thorough and realistic in his assessment of the problem I had with invasive sparrows. He knew what was needed to address the situation, and he gave me options on possible methods. He was patient and careful in doing the work, and his charges were very reasonable.
Would definitely recommend to people , Mr Mike knows what he s doing in trapping raccoons. He was able to get 2 around our house. And he charges reasonable too.
