When I first spoke to Elaine she was very courteous and I was pleased with the quote she gave me. The workers arrived in a timely manner and completed the job quickly. However, when I inspected their work I noticed several things out of place (pictures crooked, furniture out of place, etc.) It looks like they may have used water on my wood floor and left it cloudy looking in places. While the price was right, I felt they could have been a little more detailed (there were cobwebs in the kitchen window that would have been easy to clean and they didn't wipe down my kitchen chairs, which made the kitchen appear to be dirty still, in addition in one of my showers there is a stainless steel shampoo rack that they didn't even wipe down). In general, I was happy with the friendliness and price, but when it came down to the cleaning I was unhappy with the lack of care.
