I have feedback about Frank’s attention to detail, reliability & creativity (when he refurbished a pontoon boat for us…we couldn’t sell it until he completely overhauled it & we got an excellent price for it). I have seen his asphalt work & how important his customers are to him. He educates them on what to expect, provides details of each job…& delivers on his promises! He’s a man of integrity & sets the bar high for his finished product. On top of that he’s very personable & a good listener.
