We needed two windows fixed like yesterday and southgate were the only ones who could full fill this need. There were at our place that same day measuring and had installed and were done with both windows by the end of the following day. All other places we called couldnt even come out to measure the windows for a week. Their phone and face to face customer servies was wonderful.

The 2 men were in uniforms, clean and neat. They performed in a professional manner and explained each step of the way. They needed to order parts and they returned to finish the job as they promised in a timely way.

I was quoted one price over the phone. An in-person estimate quoted me a two-man job and a higher price. On the day the repair was done only one man showed up to do the work, but I was still charged the higher price. The service man arrived promptly and the work was well done. I did help him a little with one part, although that was no big deal. I was happy to get the sliding patio door fixed.

These guys are just fine and will do the job correctly, great quality. I felt the scheduling could of been handled far better because the service guy was late, we were never called about it, and I had to pressure the company to get him out to our home even though it was well after the time promised.

The company's sales representativve actually advised us concerning the least expensive way to accomplish the needed repairs. Th bill was very reasonable. Both the company's sales rep. and installer were friendly, professonal and ON TIME. We were highly satisfied with the workmanship and - from this experience - would recommend this company without hesitation.
