Did an outstanding job

Six months ago, SPC did a good job getting my business and completing the project. I am not a roofer, so I can only assume the work was good. Time will tell. However, in the process they removed about $1000 of varmint deterrents that had been previously installed. I completely understand that these had to be removed to do the job, BUT they never informed us. We could have had the deterrents replaced once the roof was done and happily paid the contractor. But, because we had no idea that deterrents had been removed, we had no idea that our house was open to rats and squirrels. As soon as it cooled off in October, we began to hear the scratching and chewing of rats. We called the company that had taken care of the problem previously and when he inspected the roof, he reported that all the deterrents were gone and there were signs of entry. So, he replaced all the deterrents and set up traps, that were immediately productive. I called SPC to discuss the problem- they basically said TOO BAD, it is not our problem. I am fine with paying the costs to replace the deterrents, but if SPC had simply told us they were removed, we could have avoided the infestation and the approximately $500 for trapping and removal. Any reputable business would tell you they removed necessary items that you would have no idea they removed. SPC knows that I will never need another roof from them, so they could not care less. I would move on to the next roofer if you need one.

Great experience our new roof, very impressed with SPC, particularly with Andrew Knudson who stayed on top of the insurance company and was always available throughout the entire process right down to the roof completion. Would definitely recommend SPC!

Very efficient. Timely delivery of supplies. Roof was done in one day. Workers were thoughful and polite. Matt, the scheduler, coordinator and customer service rep was outstanding. He was a delight to deal with. I wish all project managers were like him.

Had a good experience with Matt and also they came out and fixed a couple small fixes after job was completed that I wanted done without hesitation.
