SP Custom Fencing

I hired this company to take down my old chain link fence install a new fence. They did a good job the fence is beautiful. However, after just a little over a year, the black paint is coming off the double drive-through gate. When I left pictures a text on the owner phone he texts me back said to get some Rustoleum spray paint and paint the places that the paint was falling off. I am 74 years old and far from helpless but I do not think this is very professional. I feel like he should have come by and check out what was going on with the gate and then corrected the problem himself !! I feel a professional company would have done this !! After spending $8000 you can sign me Disappointed Customer !!!

Working with SP Custom Fencing was great. When Scott came out to see what we needed, he was very amendable to whatever we wanted to do. Our gate opener had broken and we needed a new one. SP landscaping and fencing did a fantastic job building our fence. They built the fence in March and it is now May - we have had no issues whatsoever with the fencing. They came extremely promptly and even built the fence more than a week sooner than expected. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Be aware. You are never asked to sign anything and before you know it an order is placed, which cannot be changed. The process is confusing. My original order was not correct. Because there was nothing in writing, we were not on the same page. An additional order was made and the wrong material was delivered. A third order was placed to finally get things right. We are happy with the quality of the work; however, the paper work is a bit frustrating. Recommend you make it clear you want a written estimate that includes a picture of the layout with measurements that both parties agree on and both parties sign. I thought that would happen; however, an order was placed without a written agreement and it wasn't correct.

Scott was prompt in answering all questions before and after the installation. He made certain that we were completely satisfied. His crew did a good job and were helpful and friendly. Installation was quick and smooth. It was a good value and my dog gave him an A+.
