I hired Mikell Electric to fix some stairwell light switches and busted outlets. They were very slow throughout the process with responding to text messages, however they did show up on time after cancelling their first appointment and fixed the stairwell lights. After looking at the broken outlets, the electrician said he would have to return another time to run a new wire through the wall. I had inquired about installing a dryer vent through our crawl space on that return trip which he said he would be able to do. Two weeks later I get the invoice for the first visit, paid it, and requested a follow up visit for the broken outlets and dryer vent. After multiple attempts to set up an appointment, they responded (8 days after initial text) and we set up an appointment. I request to get a quote for their services before the appointment, have to send another follow up text since they didn't answer, then get a response that they will send the quote by the next day. It has now been over a week and they haven't provided me with a quote, haven't responded to any of my follow up texts, and skipped our appointment. I work from home, but needed to re-schedule my meetings around the time they would be here. I cleared out my entire utilities closet, including disconnecting and lifting out a laundry machine, to give them access to the crawl space. I also purchased a dryer but was able to cancel it before delivery. These guys completely wasted my time and energy and left a job half completed.

I am very pleased with the excellent quality of the work by Mikell Electric. Spencer installed a new fuse box, outside fixtures plus wiring. He was courteous, respectful and prompt. He took the time to explain the process, timeframe and answered all of my questions. I have already had him back again for another electrical project.
