Look no further! Steve, at Restoration 1 is absolutely wonderful!!! We found mold after a home inspection and called Steve. He was courteous, helpful, hard working, thorough and went above and beyond what we needed at extremely reasonable prices. Steve made the process smooth and stress-free, even though we live in another state from where we purchased our home. He found that we had more mold than expected...including black mold. Steve worked quickly and even checked on other suspicious areas as he continued to remove the mold. When he notice water under our furnace, Steve completed an examination and videoed it leaking and sent it to us. Two inspectors had missed that! Steve then contacted a furnace contractor and assisted in the process in the replacement. He also helped us with a plumber and contractor. Steve is invaluable!!! You will receive the best service! As I wrote previously, look no further!
