SPI put in a new AC on my townhouse. Specifically, he showed up when he said he would, completed the job quickly and was nearly $1,000 less than the other estimates. Very knowledgeable and personable. Steve, the owner has over 20 years experience and it shows in his professionalism and quality of work.

Steve did excellent work running new vents and cold air returns to our unfinished basement. He was attentive in answering our questions and flexible when asked to add on a dryer gas line and vent.

Steve is honest, experienced, and versatile. Great communication. Most important: he was respectful of our concerns about the Covid 19 virus, he and his helpers always masked up. Other boiler companies were not so safe or respectful of our elderly age.

Steve came out very quickly when my boiler quit working. He installed a new boiler as quickly as possible and I had heat again. He is punctual, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I intend to have him service my new boiler annually. I would hire him again.

We recently had to pour a new concrete floor for our basement. Steve was able to help us on short notice with disconnecting and moving our water heater and furnace as well as reconnecting afterwards. Steve came out to do an estimate, said that he could probably get the work done in less than an hour, so he fixed the issue right on the spot. He was also up front in that services like home advisor charge him per call, so he rated my price based on that. It was affordable, fast, and he wore gloves and a mask the entire time he was in my house. I really appreciated it. We'll definitely call him for heating and air conditioning needs in the future!
