The team was pleasant, efficient, and friendly without being intrusive. They seemed to us to be honest, hard-working people. They did an excellent job cleaning a challenging light fixture that had many glass panels. They were very careful, thorough, and didn't break anything. We never felt we needed to oversee their work; they knew what to do.
