Was not flexible with my request to reduce the height of the TV. Yes, my estimated height was too high but I felt they could be more flexible in helping to adjust the height. Won't have taken more than a few minutes.

Rodney is great. I booked the apt online. He called me to confirm. He showed up on time. He had to assess existing wiring in the home and then recommend how best to set everything up for internet and wireless throughout my house. He gave an accurate assessment and estimate and offered to do the job on the spot, about 3 hours of work. He had to drive to get parts ( 1 hour) He DID NOT charge me for his travel time! Most of all he passed muster with my 14 year old son who has already forgotten more about internet wiring than most of us know. I recommend Rodney and would use him again. 5 strong stars.

The crew installed a home theatre, 5.1 sound, all in wall speakers, provided the equipment at a fair price, and gave a good tutorial on operating the system. I got some great discounts and they were very pleasant. The crew arrived on time, they were clean, courteous, and went right to work. The manager had some scheduling problems and let me know immediately. The only problem I am having is the hiding of the main television wires. The strip that was used to conceal my wires fell off a day after installation. That may be a fault of the product and not the installer.

Rodney installed the projector, screen and speakers but did not install one item that was quoted. I called Rodney several times for an update, left messages with no response AT ALL. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND them, as customer service post installation is NON EXISTENT. I have trouble with my projector now and called SEVERAL TIMES again no call back and the phone was disconnected. VERY BAD SERVICE. I would suggest going to someone else.
