Since I don’t live in the area and didn’t have any referrals, I decided to post an ad for an HVAC replacement on Angi. I got overwhelmed pretty quickly because so many technicians from different companies reached out. Paul stood out immediately. He’s down to earth, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He even went out of his way last minute to go to my property and provide the estimate. After speaking with a few other companies, it was clear nobody compared to Paul. I ended up having HVAC units installed in two of my properties (both rooftop units), and the whole experience was smooth. He showed up on time, was very precise, used high-quality equipment, and his pricing was unbeatable. On top of everything, he’s just a genuinely nice person. Highly recommend Paul. he’s the real deal.

We hired upgrade-upkeep to replace our central AC unit. They have done some other repair and maintenance work for us as well. They do quality work at a fair price. They did the job efficiently and answered all my questions throughly. I highly recommend them!

We couldn’t be more pleased with the work performed by Paul with Upgrade-Upkeep.. Our air conditioning compressor was going out and it was only 3 years old. Paul not only knew about the known issue with our specific make/model, but he also suggested we contact the company and start a warranty process. Once we had the warranty claim approved, he installed the new compressor and it’s been perfect ever since. Very professional, knowledgeable, fairly priced and down to earth. Paul Silva and his team are fantastic. I've used them for many home projects from HVAC to plumbing to painting/wall repairs. The most recent project was repairing and replacing ducting in my attic. They did great work and the job was completed on time. I highly recommend Upgrade-Upkeep for any home projects.
