The team and especially Gary was efficient, quick and respectful of property and time.

The team was prompt, professional and courteous. They treated our furniture as if it was their own, with utmost care.

They did not finish the job. Left without moving my boxes upstairs. Tried to bully me into signing his form for receipt of goods before finishing the job. Sent three guys for delivery. Two quit, leaving one guy to finish. Crushed my furniture. Damaged my wood floors and wood paneling which I just had painted. Lost a piece to my Dyson vacuum, rendering that useless. Lost the glass to my coffee table.

We had a great experience with American Relocators. We moved from CT to the Atlanta area and everything went perfectly. The moving team was prompt on the move out day and arrived with all of our belongs two days later exactly has they promised. The team was very professional and worked really quickly. We couldnâ t be happier with the way things went.

I tried 9 other moving companies to move a 110 years old family buffet and got turned down. American Relocators is the one I company I would recommend for any type of move. The men were very polite, courteous and Professional. They listen to my concerns about the piece of furniture they were moving, if you have a move and want it done right and quickly these are the people you WANT!!

I was having beds, washer-dryer moved from my family home in CT to my place in NC. There were many issues with the pickup. The paperwork could have been handled better. There was an extra charge that I was not told about. The men kept bumping into things as they removed the items from the house. However, the delivery was problem-free. There was no damage.

Fantastic movers! Prompt, courteous, professional and fast! Recommended to family member whoâ s also moving.

Was moving 3 households. Had them pack truck in order that I wanted households to come off truck. The households were repacked and household items mixed up. Made sorting difficult. Personnel were careful and very pleasant to work with.

Everyone was easy to work with and handled delivery with exceptional professionalism.

American Relocators Sales Consultant (Gary) really spent time with me through email by asking me to walk through every room and talk to him about every thing I see to have an accurate inventory. He also advices on the insurance the apartment/HOA may expect before their team comes and pick up stuff from your place. He spoke to our building supervisor and got me a revised quote to have additional insurance. He worked with his company and got me reasonable discount though I would have expected to go down further. As of now only picking up things has happened and their team came in with gloves and masks. Operations team also discussed with Gary when they were onsight to make sure 50% of the overall price been paid. All my note is based on the pickup. I am yet to find my apartment to collect things back which will happen in the next few days and hopefully I have a smooth sail in collecting my things as well.

Gary came out to give me a quote when others would not because it was a one bedroom apartment moving out of state. He made me feel comfortable from the beginning and his crew was fantastic! They took excellent care of my belongings and everything arrived in perfect condition. Gary and Loren stayed in touch, called the day before with approximate arrival time and also called an hour before delivery.I highly recommend American Relocators and Gary B. for anyone move, absolutely fabulous! Thank you to Gary, Loren, Kenny, Jose, Andre, Eric, Darrius and another young man in Connecticut I cant remember his name! All were outstanding, excellent, efficient and polite, professional gentlemen.

WE had the best driver and moving company possible, they met every need for us. The driver broke down for 10 hours on a highway and still made the delivery at night. Great company to have move our things 2200 miles would highly recommend them.
