Gentle John's Moving

$1000 to move 5 miles. .not very happy about it.

The team moved us from Elizabeth to their storage then up to Evergreen when we were ready! Jessica at the main office was great to work with and get our home move scheduled and very accommodating with multiple date changes. Jimmy, John and James got us moved in, with many stairs and elevation of 8300 ft! We were very pleased from start to finish. Thank you for your professionalism, great teams and comfort knowing we were in good hands!

Andrew and Alex were professional and showed up on time. They took great care of my items and were able to move it from my U Box to the different areas of the house as needed. They did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any project large or small.

Do NOT use this moving company!!! They quoted me $360, then proceeded to take almost 3 hours moving a couple couches, tv?s and chairs. They charged us $900+ and made us pay for them to wrap everything, including our $150 tv with $30 box? They never told us about these extra charges so we could have everything ready. By the time we got the text that they left several items of ours (including that $30 wrapped tv that we paid to protect against our will) we were already in another state. We had to drive back FOUR hours spend TWO nights in a hotel because their onsite ?manager? Trevor was useless, and they didn?t put our stuff on the truck that morning and then accused my husband of saying to take it off the truck and we would come and get our stuff! We demanded a refund and Julie was nice but only offered us $280, we?re our over $1k with rooms! I disputed it with our bank and waiting to hear back from the owner who has been dodging us for weeks. Untrustworthy liars, would not recommend!

Pelumi and Dre are amazing, respectful and kind. I highly recommend these movers! They moved some heavy furniture for us upstairs and were in and out quickly and came same day!
