This company was professional from start to finish , would give them 10 stars if possible. As a grocery store owner with a walk in freezer down ,they understood and acted fast on the repair . That's priceless!! The bill was very reasonable . The final bill was lower than the estimate, due to the tech finding just one fan motor down , instead of the two that were not running. Awesome experience with this company!!!!!

Knowledgeable. He took the time to educate me on the system and sought approval before making any repairs. In the area I live, where it is nearly impossible to get any craftsman to show up after they schedule an appointment. Mark showed up when scheduled and called prior to reaffirm his arrival time which was refreshing. I will bring him back in the fall to inspect my heating system.

We got this company to tune-up our heating and cooling system before winter. Mark texted me to let me know that he was on the way. When he arrived he got right to work. He let me and my wife know exactly what he was doing every step of the way. He was very friendly and personable. We will certainly hire him again and recommend him to friends and family.

I just had one of those rare encounters with a service professional, who was more interested in doing what was RIGHT instead of PROFITABLE. I called Home Town Heating and Air and scheduled a service call at 9:00 am. I could have set my clock by the arrival of Marshall. And that was only the beginning! Marshall proceeded to work on my (3) three systems and talked me through every step that he was taking and explained "In plain English" what was going on with my systems. Unbelievably professional, polite and a great sense of humor to boot! My systems have NEVER worked better and he was very reasonable. Most importantly, I would trust him to work on my own mother's house without being present. He's that good!

Same day service. Very knowledgeable. Checked everything. Walked me through it all. I have added this company to my favorites. Turned out it was a simple solution. Instead of over charging a single female that has no idea about any of this, he fixed the problem and charged a hour fee. I highly recommend this company and will call again when I have another issue.
