I hired Santos to install a roof, the roof is leaking again, I have a 3 year warranty, it recently snowed and it is leaking in the same spots, I sent a message to the office and I was told they are out of business

The man was really nice when he came out in mid-January. He said my roof leak was not a big issue. I had a tree that had broken the thing holding the shingles up. When he came for the repair he did fix one of the issues, but did not fix the full issue. He also said he would come back the next day and put the last shingle on, because he was one short. He never came back. It is mid-February now. And I STILL can not get a hold of him. I have left texts and messages. They said they come out Sunday to fix it again but no one came. Now my roof is leaking again, and I am out 350 bucks.

Franco and his team did an amazing job cleaning decades of old tar and nicotine off the walls and ceiling of a condo. It actually looked like it didn’t need to painted when they were done, and it smelled fresh. Franco's wife has a cleaning business and Franco can do anything from painting to remodeling. Next he’ll do my kitchen and bath.
