I am in awe of how contentious TJ and S&R Builders are and how reasonable their cost are. I hired S&R builder to do repairs to get a townhouse ready to rent. There were a number of issues that came up that other contractors would have thrown their hands up or charged exorbitant fees. S&R builders solved the issues for what was a very reasonable cost. One of the issues was fixing the main water valve for the unit. This required significant interfacing with WSSC Water Company and even waiting for WSSC to show up to ensure the townhouse was safe when the water was turned on. S&R Builders are so exceptional that I would of course use them for all future repairs. I cannot give a high enough recommendation and was blown away with their service.
