SRS Concrete Construction

Scott Sanders operates a quality, professional company. We just completed a total backyard construction project. It wasn’t a large yard or project, but we were totally pleased with every step of this project. We had two different style of pavers laid, two areas that were covered with a Tiger a Turf, irrigation, plants, & electric lights installed in the landscape. Every part of the project was delivered on time as promised. Workers were always on time, in fact, early every morning. Every worker took great care to meet our objectives. I would say Scott & his team met or exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure to work with Scott

First class work, from site prep to final detailing. My only complaint was the guys cleaning off their tools on my lawn. I had to pick a bunch of concrete scraps from the lawn. Otherwise, great, speedy job.

Scott was great to work with. My only complaint is that they left one of the work trucks parked in front of my house for 3 days after the job was completed.

SRS construction: Scott and his crew were very friendly, courteous and professional. They demoed and installed a concrete driveway and low retaining wall with plaster. They came to the job site on time and took care of the surrounding area. They worked with me when I needed to install irrigation and drainage piping under the driveway before they poured it. His crew was knowledgeable and experienced in what they did. They finished on time and ended up with a quality product. If there is one downside it would be to clean up the oversprayed concrete on the house. SRS was fantastic! I would recommend them to people in my neighborhood and others who need concrete work done. Great job!!

The owner, Scott Sanders personally called me and immediately came out to provide an estimate. He was able to explain why my existing pavers were in the condition they were in and how to prevent from happening again. He brought samples and was able to show evidence of his work. Our job wasn't a large job but Scott did not keep putting us off for bigger jobs. His crew came and completed our job fast and efficiently in one day.

Exceeded my expectations!

Scott came in with the lowest bid, was able to slot me in 3 weeks earlier than expected. The crew quickly demoâ d the area including removal of a block wall, existing concrete pad a lemon tree and a LOT of dirt. They demoâ d framed & preped the area all in one day. The pour and finish work went very smoothly. Approximately 750 sf. Highly recommend Scott at SRS.

Scott delivers what he promises for the quoted amount and makes sure customer is happy with their work. I had a large backyard paver job. I had to have them wait on my start date since I had some foundation work to complete and they worked with my schedule. Once ready, the crew came in and worked fast doing demo, prepping for drainage, and installing drains and pavers with some very nice detail work along the way. There was one or two very minor misplaced items along the way that we worked through to get corrected. Scott and his foreman were very communicative and wanted to make sure everything was to our liking and they worked to adjust the install to make sure it met our desires and we were happy with the work, which we were. Highly recommend!
