This is a family-owned business and they made me feel like they should be the ones to take care of my roof situation. He gave me a good quote and never once I felt I was being lied to. I would recommend them to anyone.

The work come out great, all completed in one day. Provided photos and videos of the work as it was being completed.

I thing they use a subcontractor, but it not right, the owner was not working with the crew, the work was not performed as it should be. the subcontractor does not do the right job because the company is not on his name.

They came and climbed on my roof and shoveled to fix a leak after the biggest snow storm of the year.The only roofer out of 6 I called in the area that responded and would work under those conditions.

Stanley stated a great price for a Flat Roof with Rain Downspouts. He provided a very detailed written estimate of the project just a few hours after his verbal bid.The crew was on site before I was and went right to work. they were professional and cordial. All of the needed equipment was on hand. The materials arrived expeditiously and was utilized properly. the crew provided pictures and videos of the work in progress and the completed projected. The site was left clean and in a professional manner. The work was done sooner that Stanley anticipated and he is flexible in regards to the payment. I will definitely keep Stanley and his firm in my rolodex.

Right from the get go I appreciated Stan's honesty and character. He was a straight shooter. My husband and I took some time deciding on next steps and actually met with several companies before deciding to move forward with Stan and SRT. We are completely pleased with our selection. Stan's rate was competitive and he had somethings no one else had.........the willingness to work with us, and seasonal inspections. He was completely understanding of our needs, and of the urgency of the project. He was flexible and available. In addition, I know I won't have to worry about a thing because Stan will be back to do a seasonal inspection. He is very proud of this offering and no other company is doing something like this. They were very professional and Friendly. Explained all aspects of the Job and answered any questions that I had. Cleanup was timely and complete. When I noticed that some pots were left on my shed they returned the next day to return them to where they belonged. I was most impressed by the quality of the work.

They called promptly, but i wasn't interested in getting my roof done. I filled out a survey for a Grant (free funds) to get my done.

I hired SRT Roofing (Stanley and crew) 3 years ago and he was very charismatic and talked me into paying extra for a 15 year warranty for my roof stating that any part of the roof is covered for repairs. Paid $2500 for a $700 roof job because of this warranty. I called last June for job in another part of roof and gave me an expensive quote. I ended up using a different roof company. This time, the same side of roof he fixed is leaking again and reminded him of my warranty. He did not honor it but instead wants to do the whole roof for another $15,000. He states my roof is not salvageable. Why will you give 15 years warranty to a roof you worked on 3 years ago when you know it is unsalvageable?? I hope Stanley (SRT) will be honest to his costumers and be truthful in following his warranty. It may be a small money for him, but it a big deal for customers. We gave him 2 chances, June 2020 and now, yet he blew both opportunities to honor the warranty.

SRT Roofing was great! Stanley came and explained everything thoroughly and if I had any other questions he was always able to answer them. He was quick with his reply and always updated me with the work progress via text / call or in person and always abiding by the COVID-19 regulations. I would reccommend this company because they are diligent and fast. I had my bulk head walls, skylight and my flat roof all redone in about 4 days! Thank you so much Stanley!

This was my second time using SRT!! the first time they replaced a roof on a building I manage in Brooklyn, and havenâ t had any issues going on 5+ yard. This go round they replaced the roof in my home. Did an excellent job completing the job in a timely matter while dodging tropical storms and rain! Highly recommend.

I had a serious leak problem so i contacted Srt roofing right away i got a free estimate on how much it would be Stan was very reasonable an honest with me he was able to get the job done within the same week I ve had professional work done before but not like SRT roofing this was by far the best job I ve seen and no remaining leaks if your having roofing trouble contact these guys there the best

SRT was a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive with inquiries and additional add-ons. The work was done on my parents house and wasn't there to oversee the work done but Stan kept me informed and sent photos of work in place. It was quick and professional, the crew were efficient and the cleanup was great, you wouldn't have known work was being done. I would definitely recommend, you will not be disappointed.

I am comfortable with the work and plan to use the company again. Hopefully, they fix more than the roof, such as the window .
