Sergio rearranged his schedule to help us out in a somewhat urgent situation after two other electricians simply failed to show up for scheduled appointments and wouldn't return phone calls. Sergio arrived when he said he would and charged exactly what he quoted over the telephone. We would not hesitate to recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again ourselves.

Wow! SRV was fantastic! He arrived on time. Was quick and very knowledgeable. He installed all my fans and did some extra items on the spot. His pricing was reasonable. He was kind and I felt like he was really taking care of my needs and went the extra mile to point out some problems my builder left behind. He even took care of one of them for me. Sergio was wonderful and I am recommending him to all of my family and friends. This was my first servicemagic experience and a GOOD ONE! I look forward to working with SRV Electric more. Sergio did not try to rush to get the job done quickly and sloppily. He guinely seemed to care about our problem. He was very personable. After he finished his inspection and quoted us a price we did not feel like we were being taken as fools. In our estimation he was reasonably priced and we will be using him again, this Friday in fact. Also, he does kindnesses for others with the equipment we were going to throw out. Sergio replaced our chandelier in our front entry way and rather than throwing it way we gave the old one to him so he could donate to a family in need per his request.
