Tile & Grout Cleaning
The tile cleaning and sealant was done on 3/16 but the sealant came off almost immediately. We scheduled two times for Brian to return to fix the problem. One time was excused by illness but the second time was last night and he did not show.

Air Ducts & Vents Cleaning Service
They came in on time and went to work. They cleaned all of the flex duct and vacuumed them out. Then they cleaned the unit and the main supply as well as sanitized the supply system. They went inside and vacuumed the return duct and sanitized it. The fan was turned on to circulate the chemical throught the entire system. They were professional and cleaned up any mess. I am very pleased with what was done.

"Very nice lady . She thought there were bed bugs but after a video inspection we found that the people who popcorn painted her ceilings had gotten it in the duct system . We let her know the problem and took care of it right away . Great customer to deal with ."

On time, very professional and cordial. Price quote was accurate. They were done in about an hour. The carpet was very clean and they also gave advise on how to protect from stains. Excellent all around service. we would definitely recommend! We definitely prefer S&S over Stanley Steamer whom we have used in the past.

Very professional and considerate in there work ethics and educating us as to what they were doing and why. Also made suggestions of how to maintain our floors. Will use them again in the future.
