S & S Concrete and Snow Removal

We had our new home built just over two years ago in South Lyon, and James Savage from S&S concrete is the contractor who did our driveway. As you can see from the pictures, they use an inferior product from the concrete supplier that has a major mixing issue that they are aware of, but still willingly using for new homes in the area. When I contacted James to find a solution for repairs, he was extremely unprofessional, defensive, and not willing to take any ownership of the problem. He continue to point fingers at his supplier and told me I need to call and take it up with them. Please consider using a different contractor for Concrete work. I do not want to see other others go through the same disaster that we went through. Using S&S concrete is a guaranteed problem, waiting to happen within a couple years of the work being performed.
