"Thank you for sharing your opinion Mr Don Nacarelli. We value our customers? opinions and always strive to improve our service. After reviewing your comments, I would like to clarify the below: 1. You came to me for custom made cabinetry after another vendor failed you per your comments. 2. Despite common practices of collecting 100% of a custom made order?s value in advance, I accommodated you by collecting only 50%. The additional $3k I requested, was following partial install I performed which you refused to pay hence my hesitation to proceed with further installation before payment is received. 3. I welcomed you to my shop repeatedly to approve the products before delivering and installing to avoid more back and forth as it?s already been a couple of months I?ve been working on your job. You have been refusing to come saying I should deliver and after satisfactory review you will pay me. I requested full payment after review and approval in my shop; you said you never heard paying 100% before installation although we are aware that the prior vendor?s standard agreements which you must have signed to get any work done, include terms of 100% payment 72 hours prior to delivery/ pick up/ installation for regular jobs. 4. You mentioned that you are aware that I will not be making any profit from your job and that you will make that up by referring me to others while demanding commissions. 5. You insisted on consulting me at a $500/hr rate while you are well aware that I am a very small vendor trying to get back on my feet after a serious personal illness and cannot afford it. Your predatory behavior has been shared with my legal advisor who, having read your multiple harassing texts noted an evident lack of intention to pay for your custom job. Having shared all of the above, I once again invite you to my shop, to review and approve your job so we can proceed with payment, installation and completion."
