SOS Garage Door Services and Electrical is exactly the kind of business that I love to support. Segev is a straight-forward, honest and hardworking guy who I would highly recommend for any electrical work in your home or business. He is very professional and will take the time to explain everything that is needed to complete the job. He has the experience and is well-versed in safety and building code, which is always of concern when hiring an unfamiliar contractor. The finished product was nothing less than perfect. They were on the job a little longer than anticipated, but did not make us feel like they were trying to rush to leave. In fact, Segev made sure that we were completely satisfied before he left. Segev even asked my husband to text him at anytime to make sure all timers were working properly--what an amazing service!! I wouldn't look any further for an electrician and I already have additional projects in mind for my home that will most certainly be done by SOS Garage Door Services and Electrical.

Yes, they were on time, Yes, they were polite. No, they did not go beyond showing up and telling me I needed a new electric panel, which I knew was needed. They did not test or do any troubleshooting. He just charged me a hundred bucks for nothing. They did not earn my business when I upgrade my electricity.

Fast. It was a trouble shooting situation and the guy worked through the problem with patience.

On Wednesday I scheduled an appointment for an estimate on Friday. Later in the day he called that he was in the area and could come by. The needed repair was small and immediately obvious (to him, not me!) and he was able to do the repair right away. This was blocking another project that I'm now able to move ahead with. Now I have an electrician. :)

He gave me a reasonable quote with a fair price for three small jobs, so I hired him without waiting for anyone else from HomeAdvisor. Segev returned in less than two hours with the needed parts and supplies and completed each job quickly, cleanly and expertly. I would be happy to use him again should the need arise. He was also respectful of COVID distancing and a pleasure to talk to as the work evolved.
