Larry & Sue Schwarz, the owners of C & S Signature Homes, have been in the construction industry for over 25 years. Prior to relocating to Kingsland in 2003 they owned and operated a successful subcontracting business, Western Glass and Panels in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Its primary focus was, and still is, commercial construction and custom residences in the greater Southwest Region, working with major General Contractors both locally and nationally. As a subcontractor, we learned that a general contractor or builder is only as good as its team. Many of the projects we were involved with won awards for building excellence, and we found this was only achieved when everyone on the team worked together toward that goal. It is this standard of excellence and team approach, that we bring to our custom home building business. We promise to do our best to bring together the right team for the right price, insure that all work is performed to the highest standards, make sure the project is completed on time and on budget, and most of all keep the process a joyous one to the best of our ability. We are active in the local Building Industry Association and Larry is looking forward to being a Vice President next year. He also recently earned his CGB (Certified Graduate Builder ) designation from NAHB and is working toward his GMB ( Graduate Master Builder ) at this time.
