S&S Marble Granite! gets 5 Stars with exceptional customer service from start to finish! There are numerous reasons I gave this family owned, locally based business 5 Stars. They are detail oriented, customer driven, experts in granite installation & more than competitively priced. My new granite tops & under mount sink look absolutely gorgeous! Upon placing my granite install request into the HA app, I immediately received a phone call from Dey of S&S. Her quick response put them at the very top of my list for possible installers. I was given a date/time for an estimate that fit my schedule, which happened to be the next morning. Jose & Alberto arrived on-time for the estimate, promptly took measurements, addressed all my questions & brought several samples of granite & decorative granite edge finishes. They also brought an under-mount sink brochure as sink installation is included, minus cost of sink. They were able to give me an estimate based on the granite sample, edge finish & sink I selected. I appreciated the expediency of the process. I felt they had earned my business at that point because I knew that working with them would be more personable than a big box store. I’ll admit that I changed my mind on the granite style/color I originally chose, but S&S was flexible with this change. I was able to go to their granite supplier & view granite slabs. After making my selection, Jose called & invited me to his warehouse to look at my chosen granite slabs to decide how I wanted the veins to run on each of my 3 countertops, especially on the large kitchen island. I have a sizable kitchen, & his recommendations were perfect for placement. Certainly the big box stores don’t allow the option of viewing entire slab pieces prior to install. This is another reason I liked working with S&S because they valued my input as their customer which, of course, gave me further confidence that they were going to do a fantastic job on my granite install. S&S & I agreed on an install date, & they, Dey, gave me a reminder call the day before & a confirmation text en-route to my home install day. They immediately lay down tarps on the kitchen floor, removed my old countertops, continued to clean up as they worked & completed the project within a few hours. They asked for my input a few times to ensure proper placement of the kitchen island & sink holes. The end result was a beautiful kitchen! I would absolutely recommend using S&S if you’re planning on doing a kitchen or bathroom remodel. I would recommend, & have already recommended, them to friends, family & neighbors because of the fantastic experience I had with them. I wish HA would allow picture uploads so that I could display the beautiful granite countertops S&S Marble Granite installed.
