The owner communicated very well before and during the project. He said he'd give me 2 weeks notice before he began the project, and he did. He explained what he was doing, showed me the work while it was in progress, and completed the job in a timely manner. AND the completed walkway looks very nice. As a bonus, I explained that I was concerned about buckling in the walkway that I wanted replaced because I thought it might be a safety hazard. At the time that I signed the contract with him, he smoothed out the existing walkway to make it safer until the new walkway could be installed.

Todd was excellent - a complete professional. Dependable, punctual, and totally delivered what he said he would. I had existing stone walls that needed repair. Another person had been sloppy while reinforcing some loose stones. Todd removed what he did, making the walls look spectacular - just like the original stone walls. He also fixed a stone walkway that was a mess. Many people do not want to bother getting into a mess created by someone else, but Todd accepted the challenge and did a great job. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Todd and Ian did a wonderful job - removing one set of concrete stairs and pointing up another set of stairs. On time, stuck to the job, very professional. I will definitely hire S&S again - many thanks.
