Mr Simon was hired to replace the skylight and unlike others contractors that came to give estimates did not see a serious problem. Mr Simon after inspecting the skylight noticed that the chimney insert metal cap was rusted and had a serious leak and the surrounding wood had rotted. Mr Simon estimate for the replacement of the chimney was a lot lower than the other contractors therefore he was awarded both jobs. After completion the quality of the finished installation was excellent. Mr Simon professionalism and fairness is to be commended

S & S did an excellent job on our roof which need some repairs. He could have easy tried to convince me to spend way more on an extensive project, but he was honest and straight forward. I think he is a reliable and skilled contractor who can be trusted with the job.
