They were super responsive and very personable. They responded in about 20 minutes and finished the sprinkler troubleshooting and solenoid replacement in about 30 minutes. They quoted a $60 service call price and they finished the repair for a very reasonable part replacement cost. Everything they did made sense and they did a good system test before leaving.
