Concrete Driveways & Floors Installation
Ripped out old cement floor & installed new floor on 8/2013. When they were almost finished while I was at work they asked my wife if we wanted the floor scored. My wife said she had no idea. The owner said his garage is not scored & is fine so my wife said ok then don't. I believe this is something the professionals would know & not my wife. After about a month I noticed the cement floor was cracking. I called the company & told them about the problem. They came out or so they said while I was at work & they called & said that I was not to worry about it . The cracks were minor & that all cement cracks. The owner said his garage was like that & sooner or later I would not notice it anymore. The cracking got worse so I filled in the cracks. 3/2015 the cracks are really bad. The floor is cracked from one end to the other in all directions. Some cracks big enough to stick a quarter in sideways & the floor is still cracking. Called the company & left a voice mail & they never got back to me.I am not a picky person but it cost over 3000.00 & I had the entire garage remodeled not just the floor. I have not bothered these people since I first called back in 2013. The garage looks nice except for the floor. Now I am selling the house & this does not help with the selling. I expected better quality & service for this kind of money.
