After talking with the pro's at S. Smith plumbing, we decided to go with a traditional tank water heater. The team was very willing to work on my schedule. The day of service, the team arrived on time, gave me a price prior to any work being done. At the end of the day, the price for the work completed was the same amount that was quoted prior to work starting. There were no attempts at up selling or add on costs for additional services. After service was complete, the work area and all surrounding areas were actually cleaner than when the work started. The team at S. Smith Plumbing is top notch. Do yourself a favor and at least talk with these guys before contracting any plumbing work.

Called them to fix damage I created, they found another code related issue and fixed it for very little cost. They were very fast to arrive, communicated well, and were very reasonably priced.
