Steve & Michelle kept me informed every step of the way and made everything so easy to understand. Amazing job. Statewide Windows & Doors did a great job on our home. From the first appointment through the installation, the process was straightforward and everyone was easy to work with. What stood out most was the communication. We always knew what was going on, what the next step was, and who to contact if we had a question. The installers were respectful, worked quickly, and left everything clean when they were done. The windows look great and the house feels noticeably quieter inside. We?re very pleased with how everything turned out and would definitely use Statewide again.

Do not do business with these people. Joey, a sales rep in Central Florida, is awful. He will stop responding to your communications after you've signed the paperwork. Even before that, he showed up to every appointment late without even letting us know he was going to be hours late to show up. Totally ruined our weekend plan. We had to cancel our window job order 2 days after we signed the papers because of an unexpected situation, he assured us that we were getting our $500 back because we canceled within 3 days and told us to lookout for an email from the company finalizing our cancellation. One week later and no email or response. We've tried to get in contact with Joey every day for a week and he just ignores our messages. Not only is he unprofessional, but this is extremely disrespectful. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Alex was the third repair person here for repair of my window project from 9-10-25. A fourth person is required to install a window screen that was installed incorrectly by the second person here. Alex was excellent, knowledgeable and had everything needed to repair broken or missing window pieces.
