STC Pest and Termite, LLC

I hired STC Pest and Termite to do a full termite and pest treatment. Chad, the owner, quickly responded to my request for an estimate. He thoroughly explained and answered all questions I had concerning the treatment. His bid was very competitive with others I received. He provided and completed all forms required by the state. The termite treatment was dependent on the weather so it took a couple of weeks to schedule. Chad kept me informed regularly with a date. Chad takes great pride in his work and did the treatment himself. I highly recommend STC Pest and Termite!

Chad was on time and very friendly. He was very knowledgeable and also gave tips on pest control. I have scheduled quarterly treatments with him.

The technician was the owner. He took pride in his work and spent plenty of time going over what he was going to do, what he did, and recommendations. No hard sales, just helpful suggestions.

We found out Monday that we had termites so I contacted STC via Home Advisor and set the appointment for first thing Wednesday morning. Chad called shortly after I booked the appointment and asked if he could come look at the house that afternoon and then was there promptly on Wednesday to do the treatment as promised. He was friendly, professional and courteous. We'll definitely use STC again.
