The guys did a real nice job under very tough working conditions. They had to remove all of the old vermin infested insulation in my attic crawlspace before they could even get to the work of air sealing and installing the new insulation. All were very professional and courteous, kept the work area clean and were very knowledgeable. Pricing was fair and the work was performed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs insulation work on their home.

I hired S&T to improve the insulation in our 1890s farmhouse. Like other homes of this vintage, the materials and methods of construction vary across sections, through a series of additions. It turns out that much of the house was in fact insulated, but a number of flaws and gaps existed. Instead of suggesting that a major gut-job was the only way to see any improvement, S&T sprayed foam beneath the floor in a crawl space and in the joist bays throughout the basement. This was a much more modest improvement in cost and scope, but seems to have made a significant improvement in the performance of all of the house's insulation. I appreciate the candor, the workmanship, and the professionalism that we experienced throughout the process and wouldn�t hesitate to hire them again.

S&T was also very prompt with sending an invoice for our tax rebate. They did an outstanding job and we highly recommend them.

I was very happy with the prompt service both in providing an estimate and the scheduling of the service. Greg answered all of my questions and concerns and provided helpful information to issues I was knowledgeable about. When an area was missed, he promptly answered and scheduled the project to be completed on the next business day. S&T provided their service in a neat and clean manner.

Very professional, courtious. Explained what the job would entail in detail when first gave the estimate. When they arrived to do the work, were on time and cleaned up when done for the day. Checked periodically through out the installation that the insulation was not coming out anywhere in the house. Liked the fact that the materials used were "green".
