STL Design and Build, LLC

We hired STL DIrect to replace windows and sliders in our home and we are so happy with the results. The quality of the windows and doors are excellent. From our Sales Rep Cheryl ,to the Installer Hannah and Project Manager Mike we received great customer service. I plan to contact STL Direct for any future home projects.

This is our second project with St. Louis Design and Build and we have been very satisfied with their planning, ibstallation and price.!

Everyone I dealt with from Tracy the sales Rep, Mike the Project Manager, Mark who came out and measured and Hannah who installed the windows were great. No pressure from Tracy to buy. He went over the whole process and what I could expect from the windows regarding insulation and about how long it would take to get the windows. Mike kept me up to date when the windows arrived and setup the installation date. Mark came to measure and answered any questions I had regarding what I needed to have ready as far as space near the windows and what to remove from my windows. Hannah the person who installed my windows could not have been more helpful explaining what she would be doing and was open to any additional questions I had. Hannah was very efficient, neat and just overall knowledgeable about the product and great customer service. I had 3 basement windows and my kitchen window replaced. I am just very very pleased with St. Louis Windows Direct which is part of St. Louis Design & Build just a different division. I will definitely use them again for the rest of my windows and doors.

Hired STL D&B to replace a failing, old deck. New deck was built perfectly and beautifully but there was an issue with the manufacture of the composite. Once informed of the issue STL D&B went above and beyond to contact manufacturer and get us new composite and re-deck. Becky (Deck Team Lead) is very polite and amazing, making sure we were informed at every step of the build. Aaron and Brandon (Deck Build Team) are, hands down, the BEST build team, making sure everything was perfect and taking time to get my input on their ideas for the build. Rob (Sales) is just an all-around great guy, not your typical "pushy sales bro", he took the time to listen to what we wanted and offered up solutions and recommendations to fit our vision. I will be hiring STL D&B again for future projects and fully appreciate everything they have done for me and my family.

The builders that constructed my new deck were beyond great! They were so knowledgeable and would strive for perfection. My deck turned out beautiful and beyond my expectations!!

The crew was polite, courteous and did a great job! The lead quickly responded via call or text promptly when we had questions or concerns. The composite deck and aluminum railings are beautiful and it turned out better than we expected. I would highly recommend them!

We had a wonderful experience with STL Design from the removal of our old deck and replacement with a new composite deck. They were professional and responsive to our requests. We will definitely consider using them again for another project.

Friendly but not the cheapest

STL Design & Build constructed a gorgeous deck off our kitchen and replaced windows and installed door to deck. The workmanship was excellent - well established and talented crews, built on time, and right on budget. Very impressed with the workmanship and also the quality of the materials (from wood framing, decking to windows and door. Very enjoyable experience. Great, great company. Reliable, honest, and professional.
