This was a leaking roof dormer project. Sam came right away and sealed the leaks then prepared an estimate to make more permanent repairs. Communication was good start to finish. Both Sam and Cynthia were very responsive to questions and clarifications. job was completed as estimated price estimate was adhered to. We were very satisfied with all aspects of this service and would not hesitate to hire them again, or recommend to friends.
