Workers arrived at our home and refused to wear a mask during a pandemic and a citywide mask order. We spoke with Scott, presumably an owner, and he said he had another crew they could send that would be willing to wear a mask. When asked about their usual COVID protocol, Scott shared that it was a political hoax from those people up north. Said the only thing that would happen if his crew did not wear a mask was that they would get a little piece of paper. After listening to his tirade, we were not comfortable going forward with working with this company. When we said that to him, he said that we were stuck with him because he had our money. Which he kept for over a month before our credit card company was able to get it returned for us. I would not recommend doing business with this company, if this is how they treat their customers at the beginning of a job, I can only imagine what it would be like if something with the installation was questioned or any sort of customer service was needed. Regardless of political views or even COVID views, when the customer is requesting a simple act of wearing a mask to protect the customer, there should be no hesitation!

Still amazed at the service and pricing provided by Mr King and his crew. It's been 3 days since the job was completed. Trust me on this, ST Mechanical & Renovations is the place to go. They even showed up a day early!!!!!

The owners of ST MR are great to work with, and they are backed by a solid group of HVAC technicians and installers. I had a challenging installation, and they got a great Coleman unit into a small HVAC closet. Took some work, but the experience of the installers was excellent, and when it took longer than expected, they called in other crews to get other parts of the installation finished so that it could be done in one day. Highly Recommended. Very professional and courteous technicians. Owners have decades of experience between them and they run a solid company, no funny business.

S.T. Mechanical & Renovations were fantastic. They were absolutely above board with everything and very reliable. I never got the feeling they were trying to sell me anything--they were just honestly addressing my problem and laid out all of my options (and they really know heating and air conditioning). I ended up getting a new furnace and air conditioner unit (although they were willing to try and fabricate an out of manufacture part for a 1998 system had I decided to go that route). We knew it was time to replace our existing unit and S.T. made the process as painless as possible. They are honest, professional and customer focused. I will certainly be using them for my regular service. I highly recommend them.
