As a Texas Public Insurance Adjuster, I work with many service providers and I have worked with Morris Smith several times on different claims. I have found him to be most professional and his charges are reasonable, and backed up by photo and other excellent documentation. When a fire or water damage happens it is most important to hire someone who is respected in this business to insure the insurance company pays the claim fairly and doesn't leave the homeowner with a huge bill unpaid.

They were professional, they informed me of the problem and solution, they were polite and very clean. I thought customer service was gone but STOP made a believer out of me.

They were extremely professional, recognized the urgency and concern in my voice and had someone at my home within a few hours. Mr Morris recognized the issue and what caused the damage right away. He was very thorough, and honest. He described every detail of the work that was needed and explained the purpose for each item needing to be completed. They cleaned up after the work was completed and took photos of before and after, so I could file my claim later. I highly recommend this company, the work is exceptional and full of integrity.

This team of professionals did an incredible job through out the entire process, from Morris coming out on a Sunday evening to a hysterical home owner, myself, whose house had just flooded, and his main goal was to assure me it was all fixable and very diligently explained to me how we were going to accomplish that, reliving my anxiety. Followed then by a staff of very professional young men ( Zeke and Trey) who came and executed a precise plan of action, stopping at any time to explain to me the process and what was taking place and why. Morris was in touch with them the entire way thru and called me as well to check in and see if I had any questions or needs. From beginning to end, this team of STOP professionals made me feel as if I was their top priority and their customer service is outstanding. I would recommend them 110%. In today’s business world, it is very rare to find a company that stands behind their word, and does exactly what was promised the first day. And trust me, I’m not the easiest of customer when under duress, and they never once wavered in their commitment to excellent work. Though, I hope I never need them again, they would be my very first call if I did!

Mr. Smith and his team was amazing! I would highly recommend them to anyone. I called him while our home was flooding and he came to my residence 20 mins later and resolved the problem.

This is the only company that contacted me for the air quality report and contacted that company to get comprehensive information on the issues in my home. Mr. Smith then contacted us and took us through every step to ensure we understood the process. The crew arrived and worked fast and efficiently! My home is safe and clean again. I can t rave enough about this company! They are the top rated company in their field for a reason and it s well deserved!

This rating is only based on my initial phone call BUT Morris Smith is an absolute mine of information regarding my mold issue. He explained the steps necessary and emailed me the contact person for the mold assessment consultant to get the process started. He also emailed very useful literature to ensure I am an informed customer. If my home has a mold issue, I will definitely hire Mr. Smith and his company.
