    Please stop and call another company. This company will overcharge you, double market rates and youâ ll be stuck with a large bill. Please stop and do not call STOP restoration. They didnâ t show up, left fans and a dehumidifier all weekend and then doubled the charges insurance said is normal for water mitigation. They had us sign a paper saying weâ d cover anything insurance will not pay, knowing we were in the middle of a flood. Then they send a single line item bill for triple. After a call they threatened to lean my property and now Iâ m stuck with a giant bloated bill. Please stop and call another company. This one is a scam, theyâ ll overcharge and threaten you. Please do not use this terrible company.

    DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BUSINESS, THEY ARE SWINDLERS. We had emergency water damage and called for a quote/assistance. Although we had not contacted them yet, they called us incessantly to try and gain our business. Eventually, and because we had limited time, we agreed to have them come out for an inspection. They came in, left a couple of fans and a dehumidifier in the room, and left saying that insurance would probably cover it. That night they were quoting us for $3,000. THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS for a couple of machines that we had, the day before, rented from Home Depot for $120. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, the person *helping* us called us 24 hours in, with an INAPPROPRIATELY AGGRESSIVE tone saying, *I am not sure what type of game you are playing, but you need to pay us.* As if we were not going to pay, AND charged us for their travel from ABQ to Santa Fe, a fee that we HAD NEVER agreed on or been privy to. THIS IS A SWINDLE, they disrespected us as customers, and we BEG THAT NO ONE WORKS WITH THEM AGAIN. This is NOT how you run a business and we will be calling the BBB to report.

    Mold Remediation is EXPENSIVE!!!! Do NOT get mold if you can avoid it! However, if you do have mold, there is no need to look for anyone other than S.T.O.P. Restoration, LLC. Kegan and Jeremy were excellent to work with! FYI, mold testing needs to be done by a separate entity so that there will be no conflict of interest.

    He was dependable, all were courteous. I left the house a couple times while they were working. Did not have to watch over them while they worked.
