We had a desk and cabinets built. They were built off site and installed. We didn't have to wait long and the finished product looks beautiful in our study. There were some nicks in the desk top, however.

My job entailed ripping out builtins and replacing them. The new builtins are bigger, so some sheetrock work was required as well as some work on the carpet. The finished job is just beautiful. I had cabinet trim added that is no longer available prefabricated. Kelly custom made the trim to match the rest of my cabinetry in the house. I would give 5 stars, but the job took longer that I initially would have expected.

It was not a good experience for me at all. He was over a month late on a 3day job, not friendly at all. He framed the doors such that the doors had to be opened with butter knives or screw drivers until we got handles. He broke the base board, did not tell us, and glued it back together crooked. In an attempt to finish HIS job ourselves, we had to drill a hole in the doors to install handles, and scratched the paint and chipped the wood. When I asked if he could come take a look at it, he hung up on me after mumbling first he wouldn't be in the area, then maybe yesterday. I immediately called back to ask for touchup paint, and no answer.

We are so pleased with our new built-ins in our office. Kelly Stout, the owner, came out and talked to us, helped us to design the built-ins that encompass two whole walls of the room, taking into consideration all of our needs and dreams. He and his team built the cabinets in his shop and welcomed us to come down to take a peek during the construction. It was completed much faster than we had anticipated, installed completely in one day, and the end result is SO much more than we could have dreamed. We recommend Kelly without reservation and are planning to use him again soon. Thanks, Kelly, for making the experience so pleasant!

The craftsmanship on this project was outstanding! Stout Carpentry built cabinets with matching bookshelves on each side of our fireplace. They are absolutely beautiful. The time and price were much better than we could have hoped for! Thank you so much! Fantastic job!
