Omar and his crew at handled a major plumbing and infrastructure project on my 1918 two-flat — sewer replacement, ejector pit, and lead water service line replacement with new copper. The whole project took about three weeks. Mid-project, his crew discovered that massive parkway tree roots had completely compromised the original sewer path, which meant the new sewer line had to be rerouted through the center of the basement. Omar explained the options clearly, adapted the plan without drama, and kept the project moving. We’d been having problems with sewage backing up into our finished basement during heavy rains, and it was a nightmare. Here we are exactly one week later and the system is completely installed. It looks great, and I feel a huge sense of relief knowing the next heavy rain won't upend my life. Omar and his team were professional, communicative, followed through on their promises, explained everything, and showed up exactly when they said they would.
