STS was great to work with. They did incredible work refinishing our floors and were also able to repair a portion of damaged flooring in our kitchen. STS scheduled us in no time and completed the job within a week & a half of their first quote. Edi was quick, responsive and friendly. He made the whole process incredibly seamless. Would highly recommend.

The sanding and refinishing was done in a workman-like manner. The problem we ran into was that there was some staining on the floors that, if pointed out, would have lead us to choose a darker stain. The problem is that we weren't told about the staining (floor was painted beforehand) so we are stuck with the stain we chose originally. When we brought it up with the owner and estimator they said they would use this information to help their customers in the future but only offered a small deduct on the project cost to make up for it.

They did a great job floors look as good as when they were new. There price was $500 lower then the next lowest price
