Jeff installed a new septic system at our house. The system is now 2.5 years old and had several problems. Getting a hold of Jeff isn't the easiest. He doesn't answer the phone and says to text for faster response. He barely responds to texts either, he just shows up when convenient for him. The discharge pipes that he installed in my yard broke, and he asked me if I wanted to dig it up!!! The system was still under warranty... No I don't want to fix your work. He dug it up and found a broken pipe joint, again his fault. Then the pump failed at 2.5 years in because he only installed 3 bolts in the check valve and the water was running back in the pit causing the pump to run constantly. Then he wanted to charge me $800 to install a new pump and replace the check valve screwed up. This guy is a hack and blamed the county for making him install this system (which is the system that he specializes in) saying it's junk and over complicated. He said the check valve that he installed was junk and wanted to charge me to replace it. The pump he wanted to install for $800 is $250 online. He also left the electrical box lid off in my tank causing the connectors to get soaked. Do not hire this guy or use him for maintenance, you'll regret it!
